Ericka Essington BSN, RN, NRP, CFRN, FP-C, CMTE
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ericka brings a wealth of experience from her 18 -year tenure as a registered nurse and 13 years as a paramedic. Her proficiency spans 15 years in air medical and critical care transport, where she held pivotal roles as an outreach coordinator, medical manager, national clinical educator, and content writer for critical care and flight review courses.
During her impactful leadership as the Clinical Director of Medical Transport at a prominent healthcare organization, Ericka spearheaded initiatives that notably elevated care standards in medical transport services. Her strategic vision and unwavering dedication propelled the organization to new heights of excellence.
Previously as a Board Member at Large for the International College of Advanced Practice Paramedics formerly known as International Association of Critical Care and Flight Paramedics, Ericka plays a key role in advocating for the critical care and flight paramedic community. Her leadership in membership initiatives underscores her commitment to advancing healthcare practices and fostering a community of excellence and continuous learning.

Phebe Mckay MBA, BSN, RN, FACHE
Chief Nursing Executive
In this role she is responsible for the overall delivery and management of patient care, clinical education and professional nursing, practice for the clinical nursing flight program.
She has been in nursing for over 30 years and has been in Nurse Executive level roles with the largest acute care health systems in the country. She is a transformational leader with more than 25 years of clinical nursing leadership. Her duties were strategic planning, operationalizing nursing initiatives, revenue cycle, nursing education, quality performance, patient safety and program development. She was responsible for all nursing operations in numerous acute care hospitals.
Her extensive nursing and healthcare background allows her to anticipate trends and changes in the healthcare marketplace. She was awarded numerous awards for operational excellence during her tenure as a Chief Nursing Officer and she can provide guidance in the areas of critical care, NICU level III, cardio-vascular critical care, peri-operative, emergency, flight nursing and behavioral health care service lines.


Dr. Chistopher Wolcott MD FAAEM, FACEP
Chief Medical Officer
Dr Christopher Wolcott completed medical school at LSU Shreveport School of Medicine in 2000. He then went on to residency in emergency medicine at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY graduating in 2003. He is board certified in emergency medicine and has practiced all 25 years of his career in a level 1 trauma center setting. He has over 12 years of experience as a medical director for ground EMS as well as 18 years experience as a medical director for aeromedical services.
Zachary Golembiewski
Chief Financial Officer
Zachary Golembiewski oversees the finance, accounting, and risk management functions. Zach brings 18 years of experience in the energy and natural resources sector, with expertise in corporate finance, credit risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and business and systems integrations. Before joining, Zach spent a decade at Ernst & Young in the Strategy and Transactions practice, focusing on energy and natural resources for private equity and corporate clients. He holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College
