Coordination with Third Parties

Air Nurses helps coordinate ground transportation and private or charter flight services as part of your overall travel care plan. However, we do not own, operate, or control any aircraft or ground vehicles. All such services are arranged independently and operated under the full authority of third-party providers.

 
Operations and Service Improvement

We may use your information internally to improve the quality of our care, evaluate services, and streamline client coordination.

 
Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, for public health and safety, or to respond to legal inquiries, subpoenas, or government investigations.

 
Emergency Situations

If a medical emergency arises:

  • In-flight: Our clinicians will provide emergency care until the aircraft can land and emergency responders assume care.

  • On the ground: We will stabilize the client until EMS arrives.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS & GDPR COMPLIANCE

If you reside outside the United States, including in the European Union (EU), your personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What We Collect:
  • Name, contact details, date of birth

  • Medical history, passport or ID, insurance (if applicable)

  • Emergency contact or power of attorney

  • Health-related records shared with consent

How We Use It:
  • To coordinate non-emergent medical oversight during international travel

  • To fulfill legal obligations and maintain operational records

GDPR Rights Include:
  • Access to and correction of your data

Air Nurses LLC is not a licensed air carrier, ground transport operator, or air ambulance service. We do not own, operate, or manage any aircraft or vehicles. All transportation is privately arranged by clients or their representatives, and fully operated by independent third-party providers.

We may assist in coordinating these services; however, we assume no liability for transportation delays, cancellations, or performance.

MEDICAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Air Nurses LLC provides private, non-emergent medical support by board-certified flight nurses. Our clinicians are trained in critical care, travel medicine, and emergency response protocols. However, we do not provide emergency transport, hospital-level care, or act as EMS personnel.

All care is provided within the licensed scope of practice under medical oversight and professional clinical judgment. Our role is to support, not replace, physician-led care or emergency services.

SECURITY & DATA RETENTION

We protect your data with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. We retain records only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and clinical requirements.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your protected health information, we will notify you promptly.
